You can find your Loan agreement number in the top part of your Loan agreement which will be sent via email upon disbursement, or you can access your loan agreement in your personal account on the fino.lk web page.
Using Smartphone: Log in to fino.lk with your user credentials and select “My loan” from the menu. Your Loan agreement number will be visible there.
Using Personal Computer: Log in to fino.lk with your user credentials and select “My debt” from the menu. Your Loan agreement number will be visible there.
You can find your Loan due date extension fee in your personal account on the fino.lk web page.
Using Smartphone: Log in to fino.lk with your user credentials and select “My loan” from the menu. Your loan extension fee for 7 days, 14 days and 30 days will be visible there.
Using Personal Computer: Log in to fino.lk with your user credentials and select “My loan” from the menu. Your loan extension fee for 7 days, 14 days and 30 days will be visible there.
* You need to pay the exact amount indicated in your personal account. If the transferred amount is not sufficient for 30-day, 14-day or 7-day extension, it will be allocated as partial loan repayment. In such cases, all fees according to the loan agreement, including late payment fee for the overdue loan amount, will continue to accumulate.
